If you cancel your booking in good time (online up to 36 hours before collection or by phone within our opening hours up to 24 hours before collection), the provider you have chosen undertakes to refund the rental price you have paid.
As an agent, we are not involved in the payment processes, so we do not have access to payment transactions and cannot make them on behalf of the provider.
Normally, the refund is made by the provider within a few days. Due to the Covid crisis, we have received feedback from some customers that refunds are currently taking longer with some providers.
