If you have planned a holiday but now have to postpone it, you can easily change the rental period of your rental car with many providers. In some cases, however, it is easier to cancel the existing booking and book a new vehicle.
It is also possible to change the vehicle category, e.g. from small car to mid-range – depending on the availability of the rental car at the changed conditions.
It is important that you direct all change requests to our customer service by phone as early as possible. The sooner this happens, the greater the likelihood that your change of booking will work out exactly as you want it to.
Exceptions: A change of booking is not possible if you have booked your rental car as part of a discount promotion or with a voucher. In addition, there are offers from some operators that cannot be rebooked for organisational reasons. Here you can make a cancellation and new booking.
