Some car rental offers state "on request" instead of "immediately available". This means that the operator must first check with the rental company whether the requested car is still available.

If you rent at short notice or choose a special car such as a convertible or a minibus, the booking status is usually on request. In this case, the operator must first ensure availability with the on-site car rental company. This is usually done promptly within a maximum of 48 hours. You will then receive the written booking confirmation from us and your voucher from the respective provider.

Exception: For direct offers from car rental companies that are not marketed via brokers, you will only receive a booking confirmation. This replaces the voucher.

Note: You need a rental car at short notice, but your preferred offer has the status "on request"? Book it anyway! In the vast majority of cases, confirmation of such an offer is received within a very short time.
