When you have booked a rental car, you will not only receive a booking confirmation, but also a voucher. This document is your rental car pick-up voucher.

If you have booked via billiger-mietwagen.de, you need to distinguish between two documents:

• the booking confirmation from billiger-mietwagen.de, which you will receive after your online booking 
• the voucher, your rental car pick-up voucher from the operator you booked with, which you will need when you collect your rental car.
