At billiger-mietwagen.de you can still cancel your rental car online free of charge up to 36 hours before the start of the rental period:

Cancelling a rental car by phone

Of course you can also cancel your rental car by phone free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the rental. However, this only applies if you call within our opening hours.

Please contact our customer service on 0221 – 567 999 11 (+49 221 – 567 999 11 outside Germany). You can reach us there from Monday to Sunday (8 a.m. to 8 p.m.).
