Some changes are only possible to a very limited extent on site.

For example, the driver and the rental period can't usually be changed. Most providers only allow cancellation up to 24 hours before rental; changes often require even more notice. Minor changes, such as booking an additional driver or a vehicle upgrade, are usually possible without any problems subject to a surcharge.
