When booking, you will be asked to provide your flight number. This is forwarded to the local car rental company so that they are informed of any delays.
Please note that if you think you will be delayed, you are still responsible for notifying the rental company. Although the rental company can keep track of your arrival if you have a flight number, it does not have to do so and is under no obligation to keep the vehicle at your disposal for longer. Therefore, you should always contact the location by phone in the event of a delay. You will find the phone number on your voucher.
