You can easily request an invoice via our "Request invoice" form. You will then receive the invoice by email within a few hours.
Each of our partners offers at least one payment receipt. None of the partners, on the other hand, has a "classic" invoice.
This is because our partners, as travel agents, are subject to margin taxation.
What does this mean for my booking?
Margin taxation, as the name suggests, only taxes the margin (or profit) of the travel agent. The turnover tax (or value added tax) taxes the complete turnover.
The service booked by you as a customer is therefore not subject to turnover tax, i.e. no tax was ever charged which could be deducted again by means of the invoice.
No turnover tax (value added tax) is therefore shown on the payment receipt – but this was not charged either.
You can use our "Request invoice" form to request an invoice directly.
This will then be sent to you by email within a few days (usually hours).
Exceptions: When booking with Avis/Budget and Europcar, you will receive a link after you have submitted the form. You can use this to download the invoice directly.
